SOUND:
          The program will automatically detect a Soundblaster
          card (or compatible) if one is installed.
          To disable the sound effects and music use the /Q
          option when running the game. ie.
          >MC /Q

JOYSTICK:
          If a joystick is plugged in to the machine, McDonaldLand
          will auto detect it. The game assumes the joystick is 
          centred when loaded. You may calibrate the joystick at
          any time during the game by moving the joystick to the 
          centre and pressing the C key. The screen will then flash,
          indicating that the calibration is complete.

KEYS:
          Control the Kids using:    Q         O  P
                                      A
                                         SPACE

          F10 pauses/unpauses the game.
          ESC quits to dos.
